1/2 c chunky PB
1/3 c. margarine/butter
combine these in a bowl, add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs. Press into 9x13.
Mix 1 (5.9) instant choc pudding with 3 cups milk, spoon over crust. Spread with cool whip. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Pie version:
1 c PB
1/3 c. butter (softened)
1 1/2 c. confection sugar
Graham crust
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (3.9) instant chocolate pudding
1 container of cool whip
