Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria

2 apples (Cored and sliced)

Pinch of ground cinnamon

1 bottle (750ml) of light red wine, chilled

1 bottle (750ml) of sparkling non-alcoholic apple cider- chilled

About 4 cups of ice cubes

In a large at least 2 quart glass pitcher, combine the apple slices and cinnamon. Slowly pour the wine, stirring gently. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, Or as long as overnight. When ready to serve, add the sparkling apple cider and stir. Pour into glasses over ice.
