Swedish Pancakes

Nicole...I'm posting this but that doesn't mean you don't have to call me every week when you want to make these... :)

Full Recipe - Serves up to 6 people*
1 1/2 cups Milk
3 Large Eggs
3/4 cup Flour
Dash of Sugar

Wisk Milk and Eggs together until blended, add Flour and Sugar and wisk until no lumps. Spray nonstick cooking skillet with Butter-flavored Pam or use a touch of butter. Pour batter in to create very thin pancake. Cook each side until browned. Roll with your favorite toppings or cover with syrup. Grandma Ila always used Mapleine to make hot syrup. Enjoy! Delicious.

*Can be broken into 1/3 that serves 2 people perfectly. :)
