Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies

The best part about this recipe is that the zucchini keeps these cookies moist. From Richfield neighbor Marge

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
*Cream together

3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups zucchini
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Bake at 350 for 12-15 min on a greased cookie sheet. Zucchini in this recipe will maintain softness of the cookie over days!
