Napolean Cremes

Don’t bake until the night before – or they will be gone!

½ cup butter
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

**Combine in double broiler, cook over water until butter melts. Stir in 1 egg, slightly beaten. Continue cooking, stirring until thick (approx 3 min). Blend in 2 cups crushed graham crackers and 1 cup coconut. Press into 9x9 buttered pan. Refrigerate during next step.

½ cup butter, softened
3 TB milk
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
2 cups powdered sugar

**Cream butter, stir in ingredients and beat until fluffy. Spread over crust and chill until firm.**

6 oz chocolate chips & 2 TB butter – melt in double broider. Cool. Spread over pudding layer. Chill. Cut before chocolate on top gets too hard or it will crack when cut.

YUM!!!!
