Popovers

*This recipe is best when prepared using a popover pan, however you can use a muffin pan for smaller popovers.

Preheat oven and pan to 540 degrees

Blend:
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
3 Eggs
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Salt

Fill cups 1/2 - 3/4 full, turn down oven to 425 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Then change to 350 degrees and bake for additional 20 minutes. Don't open oven while baking.

Serve with butter (honey butter is delicious!), jams or plain!
